If you don't agree with any points listed, let me know first! By sending payment for a commission you agree to these terms. If you do not accept I have the right to refuse the commission. Any breach to these terms will result in full/partial refunds and a blacklist from further commission work.+ At any point for any reason I can/will refuse/refund a commission+ 50% payment required upfront. 50% on completion.+ No money leaves my account until art is complete. Refunds may be discussed and issued with the amount depending on work already completed and are a case by case basis but always available.+ Image(s) provided for reference MUST be clear/readable+ Understand I am a full time student with chronic conditions that may hinder workflow. Work may be slow and Turn around Times may not always be given.+ DMs are always open to discuss commission progress/ask for updates.+ Rush jobs are taken on a case by case basis with an additional fee+ WIP pictures will ALWAYS be sent as I progress, please let me know if changes are wanted+ Line/Major art changes may incur a fee if done after line/flat color is done+ My art my not be used for monetization(bases have their own rules)or merchandised unless an additional fee is paid and it is discussed prior.+ Do not remove my watermark, change/edit the art in any way without prior permission or give another artist my work to be changed.+ NSFW and other 18+ commissioners must provide an ID and proof of age.+My art may NOT be used for NFTs or feeding AI for any reason under any circumstance. If my work is found to be used this way, you will be blacklisted
